The Italian government has issued some emergency laws that limit freedom of movement. These laws are among the most restrictive in europe. Territorial control is widespread, entrusted to law enforcement. A risky job, at a time when any intervention in homes, where domestic violence, due to the impossibility of going out, is increasing, is considered at COVID-19 risk. But the risk is also to become a society under control, in which every move is monitored.
